~ REACHING ~

~Today, I was REACHING.....

Were you oblivious or aware?

Through the swifting wind that was blowing
Such beautiful fragrance... through my curly brown hair

~Today, I was REACHING.....

Were you oblivious or did you hear?

Through detections of my joyous laugh
Contagiously spreading... throughout the air

~Today, I was REACHING.....

Were you oblivious or did you stare?

Through that questionable glimpse of my identical
For a seeking heart... that my presence would appear

~Today, I was REACHING.....

Were you oblivious or did you tear?

Through years of cherished memories
When our hearts and bodies...together did share

~Today, I was REACHING.....

Were you oblivious that I was near?

Could you sense... that I was with you
Even though...my body was here

I know how you feel on this poem. How can you reach out to somebody when they shut the door on you. Best of all when they lock it. Meaning they won't even look at you, like your a ghost.

Thanks R.B. I suppose through "FAITH" & "HOPE", is how my chin stays afloat. ~PEACE OUT
