Once lost...found and forsaken
Affection for...this time was taken
Unnourished...my heart has become
Depressingly obvious...it is to some
Love and desire...once again chained
Despair is all...that's left ingrained
Connection once...and lost again
A new journey...creating thick skin
Perpetual love...has been deceived
From two hearts...that once believed
Hope and passion...has been torn
Between two...no longer sworn
Profound joy...is crap in the stall
For our lives...no longer enthralled
No more can...this heart bare
Replenished with pain...in need of repair
Not allowed to look...into your eyes to say
I LOVE YOU still...with each lonely day
