I have this wish...A wish held close

Not on a burning candle
Nor on a shooting star

Not on a four leaf clover
Nor on a clasp turned far

One that's dear and special
And would make my spirit sing

One that would erase the clouds
And brighten everything

Not on the spots of a ladybug
Nor a genie in a bottle

Not on a beat up horseshoe
Nor on a coin op well

This wish was made... upon my knees
Laid out through prayer...wishing pretty, please
