Bio
I enjoy putting my feelings into poetry, and have been writing for the past 10 years. Just never tried presenting it for anyone else to read. I am a survivor of many immune system problems and have a lot of time to reflect on life in general.
I worked in the medical field for 33 years and now enjoy my 4 beautiful grandchildren and my wonderful husband and my life here in sunny Florida.
Any advice that can be given to help me in advancing my writing of poetry will be most appreciated.
Two of my favorite sayings are as follows:
"You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try" (Beverly Sills)"
"If you think you can, you can. And if you think you can't, you're right."

I feel that these are two good expressions that relate to my trying to write poetry.
