Broken Promise
I would never break a promise
I would never shatter my dream
But now that I am here
Everything has changed
Everybody makes mistakes
I told you that I love you
Was that a stupid mistake
I wish I could be true
Not just another fake
I wish I was your everything
Not just your headache
I woke up all alone
My stomach it aches
My throat is soar
Now she’s just a friend
All the times together
All the days we shared
Meant nothing
I just wish I could keep
Those promises I made
I just wish this wasn’t
The end of a beautiful friendship
The end of my dreams.

Nice write Brother
This was great, a definite illustration of what really goes on in a man's head.
