I AM HOME
Traveling this winding road, swerving to and fro
Knowing not where I'll end up, where I will go
My mind is cloudy, I don't know what to do
All I can think about is how I found the two
There bodies entangled with each other
I found my wife making love to another
Words were said, punches were thrown
How could they do this in my own home
As her lover ran out the door
I looked at her and called her a whore
Picking up a shoe that wasn't mine
The man who took leave, left it behind
Returning early from out of town
I had no idea what was going down
Wife of six years, I have not been there
She needed someone who showed they care
Should we try to work things out
Infidelity is the cause of my doubt
Now blue lights are chasing
The thoughts in my mind are racing
Off the road I hit gravel
Control of my car is unravelled
I collide with a tree
The impact has set me free
