Soldier
Soldier
Lain down are my weapons
strain so hard to behave
gain little ground in my effort
pain has made me her slave
brain tumbles, then it fires
again, I must shoot to save.

Interesting poem.
I like this, and in agreement to Kim it's interesting/
I'd say, even if the solder didn't cover much ground, you sure did in this short poem. Very nicely done
deep and really cool. alot said in a few words
Thanks a million! It was a strong image that inspired it - glad I captured it in an interesting way.
