I have been writing poetry most of my life, since the 6th grade...

The first time I remember someone taking notice was when I was in the 6th Grade, Mrs. Brooks took me aside and told me to keep writing...

She said never stop, life will continue to present instances that need to be voiced and shared with others and she was right...

I think poetry is a gift that should be shared by all...
